We started TUMLE because we love watching children move and discover the world on their own. A child who crawls, balances, and senses their surroundings learns something no screen can provide. We build the framework: simple, thoughtfully designed play equipment rooted in Danish design tradition, made to withstand many years of play. Every product is based on knowledge of motor skills, the senses, and children’s development - not on what looks fun on a shelf.

Our story
It began in 2023 with a simple movement: a child’s first tentative steps from one stone to the next.
Balance is one of the first things a young child practices mastering, and it became the starting point for how we think about play. From there, the idea grew: stepping stones for balance and coordination, a spinning chair for the sense of balance, sensory mats for touch, a mirror and a set of blocks for putting feelings into words. Each element is based on a different way children experience and understand the world.
What ties them together is not a specific theme, but a shared standard: Danish simplicity, honest materials, and a belief that children learn more through open-ended, free play and through toys that can only be used in one way.
